Chaiself neopronouns are a gender neutral pronoun set. It is inspired by the Hindi word for tea, which is "chai".[1] These can be used by anyone regardless of gender identity or expression.

The pronouns were suggested by Tumblr user lgbtqiarchive on August 26, 2020, on the coining post for sommgender, a tea-related xenogender.[2] The post has since been deleted on lgbtqiarchive's account.

Flag[]

The colors in order represent: whole clovers, cinnamon sticks, white peppercorn, chai tea, cardamom pods, honey and black tea.
